Introduction #
At the end of this article, you will be able to add User Licenses & Device Licenses to your PBX configuration. The article will also assist you with some common uses of the object within your call flow configuration. Should you need any assistance, feel free to contact our support department.
How to configure a User License & Device License #
- First head to the PBX section at the top of the customer portal page
- Drag & drop the User object into the working area
- Click the gear button to configure
- Type in a name for the User
- Type in the Users email address
- If you would like Outbound calls enabled select a Call Plan

- If you would like your User to make/receive calls from a Yealink IP Phone add the SIP Device.
