Once Skype communication has been enabled, open your Mircosoft Teams application and search for your Skype contact name or email address in the chat bar. Allow a few seconds for the entry to display and click on the external contact.
Clicking on the external contact will allow you to open up a new chat session with the external Skype user, from the same chat session you will be able to place a voice and video call to the same Skype user.
